New Premier Tournament Ruling "Rogue Card List"

Official Bandai America Naruto CCG “Rogue Card List”

Effective as of September 14th, 2009

Notice to all Naruto CCG players,

To preserve and maintain an enjoyable and interesting game environment for the Naruto Collectible Card Game, starting on September 14th, 2009 a “Rogue Card List” will be in effect. This is a list of restricted cards from the Naruto CCG. Bandai America updates this restricted list with the release of each new Naruto CCG series with cards that are being abused during tournaments, or have an overbearing presence on the game.

The “Rogue Card List” will be shown before the date that they will go into effect to assure players have enough time to alter their Decks to incorporate the changes. The “Rogue Card List” is variable and subject to change as the game environment changes with the addition of new sets. The Restriction ranges from Max One (1 per Deck) to Max Two (up to 2 copies per Deck) and applies for all Naruto Collectible Card Game Official Premier Events (Chunin and higher). All other events are at the discretion of the store owner or Meijin.

I. Max One Cards

You can ONLY use ONE of the following cards in the Deck & Side Deck combined:
1) Series #9: The Chosen - “Just like Drifting Clouds (M-US086)”
2) Series #10: Lineage of Legends - "Water Style: Furious Current Jutsu (J-332)"
3) Series #10: Lineage of Legends – “Emina (C-035)”
4) Series #12: A New Chronicle – “Kankuro (N-461)”

II. Max Two Cards

You can ONLY use TWO of the following cards in the Deck & Side Deck combined:
1) Series #6: Eternal Rivalry – “Jiraiya (N-US027)”
2) Series #12: A New Chronicle – “Sasori of the Red Sand (M-375)”
3) Series #12: A New Chronicle – “Long Awaited Reinforcements (M-411)”
4) Series #14: Emerging Alliance – “Sealing Barrier (M-486)”
5) Series #14: Emerging Alliance – “Secret Meeting (M-492)”
6) Promo Cards – “Gaara of the Desert (PR-US008)”

New! – The following cards are no longer on the “Rogue Card List”

1) Series #6: Eternal Rivalry – “Shadow Clone Jutsu (J-US001)”
2) Series #12: A New Chronicle – “Shino Aburame (N-511)”

To all Naruto CCG players, the Naruto Collectible Card Game's "Rogue Card List" has been updated and has a new legality of September 14th, 2009; please take note and adjust your Decks to reflect this in all Official Premeir Level Tournaments.
