while you can get rid of the particular card that a general mad into a BR. you cannot get rid of the fact that you have general damage. so if you only have 1 br and its from genereal damage and you get it back you still have 1 general br.

People in multiplayer are attacking Player A and when he chump blocks, unload all your Cross Board jutus like Mangekyou, Trigram, Fireball, etc. on Player B, who can't respond cause his characters can't use jutsus.

lol i forgot to post that rule becvause we made one like that lol. thanks for the very good reminder. our rule was to use a jutsu that targets 1 ninja you must have sent out 1 team to that village. and the user must be attacking that village.
