I noticed that the new sasori platoon can use those new "iron" jutsus but the original copy of The Third Kazekage (CBSI) can't do'em at all is this correct?

They'll errata it or fix it before the set is released.

Did it ever occur to you that YES indeed, that was how the effect was supposed to be worded?

I doubt it, but on the off chance it was, that would be why.

On Topic: I pmed Texans about this already and he said that there will be an errata on it before the sets release.
