Ok, from what i hear from some dbz players their turn marker moves up at the beginning of their turn not the end...if so will this stay the same?

Another thing i thought was in dbz was for events with time limits the game removes the last coin from it and it stays until the game checks again...

DB warriors can still use jutsus outside the EoJ but naruto cannot right?

Dragonball Z turn marker moves up at the end of the turn.
The Event leaves when you cannot remove a time coin.
Warriors can use techniques during the strategy (Mission) phase if the technique says "Strategy". if the technique says "strategy | Action" it can be used during the mission phase or EoJ.
Standby warriors can use techniques with action timing as long as the target is correct.
