catching up to the japanese?

i heard something about the english manga catching up to japanese by February or something is this true.

It is in the Feb SJ that will be on shelves the first tuesday of Jan. There is an article saying that they will be releasing a large number of the chapters to get the US up to here it is currently in Japan.
