I have a Q about Sai. In Japan, he made all those GENITAL comments. What does he say in the american/dub manga? Did they just remove them altogether?

They actually still have them, but they are reworded some most kids cant understand what it means.

I'm not sure why, but everytime i read that line in the manga, i always get a strange felling(actually, whenever i even think of what Sai is planning i get a weird felling in my stomach and confused)
