like orochimaru being a snake and sasuke being a falcon/hawk.

Naruto = Fox (obvious reasons)
Kiba = Dog or wolf
Kakashi = Dog
Jiriaya = toad
Kisame = Shark

I can't think of more but there is probably a good choice for everyone
