Preview of Uncut Episode 1 Coming in July Shonen Jump

If you subscribe to Shonen Jump by April 28 (sound familiar?), you will get a DVD with the first uncut episode of Naruto on it in the July issue, which is shipped in late May/early June. I would assume this has the Japanese track on it, as the full uncut DVDs have the Japanese track, but I can't say for sure. Just though I'd let anyone that is interested know (I know I can't wait for my July issue ^^).

No, you're referring to the DVD included in the April issue of SJ, to subscribers, I believe. I have that, too, and it is the first episode of the edited DVDs.

However, the DVD that is going to be in the July issue is going to be the first episode of the uncut DVDs.

The edited DVDs are going to have four episodes each. The uncut DVD "box sets" (I put that in quotes because they might be a little too small to be considered actual box sets...) are going to have 13 episodes each.

I got my information about the promo DVD from www.shonenjump.com

I learned about the uncut DVDs a long time ago, but I just recently learned that the first 13-episode uncut box set will be out July 4, the second will be out in December, and they will be released every half-year from there. www.animenewsnetwork.com

You must mean the regular one released like last month...if it dosen't work call SJ customer service. They will either send you a new one or push your subscription up a month. They offered me a new one, but I said not it it's too much trouble, so they gave me an extra month :D Idoubt they will have any left, though.

Also, I think the age rating is just a typo.
