That looks like its based on lightning and water. I'm going for Wind and Water Lightning Water Med is still just as good cause of what it does. It take APW and recycles him and his effect...not a bad idea, well at the time anyway.

Well, if you want advice for your Water/Wind, don't run Impact Kabuto, it is fail now cause of ER F Shikamaru. Take out Impact for CO or Spy Kabuto.
Also, your really trying to do too much with this deck. For instence...your running Head Hunter in a Water/Wind? Drop that and pop in another ninja or Vortex.

I agree. The chance of pulling a good start with that line up is very low.

So I switched Kabuto(IOTJ) with (Spy) and put in Second Hokage(The One Who Established the Village). And I've tested out the deck and, it was successful. I battle a Water/Lightning, Gaara, and Rasendori deck and won. But can someone rate it for me please?
