I'm sorry... But Kakashi isn't able to get the Mangekyou Sharingen. I know you guys are all Kakashi fans but he doesn't have it. First he hasn't killed his best friend, a piece of support is his idea that he would give up his own life for a teammate's so one should be able to string together that he wouldn't kill his best friend. Secondly he isn't from the Uchiha clan which he would need their blood line to sustain the Mangekyou Sharingan. I'm up to date with the manga and anime and I am sure he doesn't have the Mangekyou, plus only two members of the Uchiha clan have ever obtained it, Itachi and an unknown Uchiha ancestor, and the only other person alive in the manga that can is Sasuke.

no he does get it and obito is from the uchiha clan he died before itachi killed everyone...kakashi gets the shariangan for him...the only problem is they have not said how he had obtain that ability...u must remember that in the series the inly way that the people know is to kill ur best friend, but they dont know if u can obtain it in another way, only because the two previous users of it...had gotten it that way...its possible there is another way to get it.....

Just because we're making a point doesn't make us "Kakashi fans."

Itachi stated that if Sasuke were to get the Mangekyo, there would be three able to use it. Since the only two Uchiha still alive are Itachi and Sasuke, Kakashi's the only other one.

someone alright pretty much got into this in another thread, but the point is that kakashi already has it, there are alot of difference that apply to him, they dont go the same for the uchiha clan...he has it u know that much but it never states u need to have uchiha blood in order for it to evovle and that is wht it does...u dont know how he getsit to evovle, because as of now he got it in the time jump from part 1 to part 2....they havent explained how he got it.....so get of it ur wrong

To go off what ^He said, Kakashi already evolved the Sharingan once, why is it so hard for you to think he can do it again? When Kakashi originally got it, the eye was level 2. Kakashi now has it at level 3. He evolved it, not Obito. So it is more than possible that he can get Mangekyo.
