How did Kakashi get sharingan on his left eye:confused:

Ok Kakashi got it because his friend and teammate was a goofy sharingan boy and then when they were in battle Kakashi's eye got cut out then Obito(guy that had sharingan) died then kakashi's teammate Rin had a medical transplant to take out Obito's eye as a present for Kakashi so she did and thats how..

when he was a young genin we was like the sasuke of the past ya know

and his team was obito (naruto of the past) and sum other one that was the sakura of the past and the 4th hokage was the kakashi of the past (Sensei)

Obito died right after his sharingan kicked in and the other one transplanted one of obito's eyes to Kakashi and he obtained the scar on his eye from that most likely

Spoiler. Kakashi evolved his Sharingan somehow too. Obito only had Level 2, but Kakashi's is Level 3. The drawback with Kakashi's eye, though, is that he can't use it extensively. He can use it to its full extent, he even learns the Makgenkyo, but it still is a huge drain on him.

it also doesnt look the same as itachi's eye its a mutated version, only because it was obtain unnaturally

Hmmmm I don't recall the diff in appearence of the eye itself, but as opposed to Itachi's Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu, Kakashi uses a Jutsu that teleports a certain object or space to a small instant black hole.....its pretty sweet.;)

theres not much of one but itachi's looks a little more sharp, straight edge, it lookes kinda like shrikian star *cant spell* and kakashi's is more round a little jadged, but thats wht i saw anyway *attention to details right, lol*
