Notes:
It seems like you purchased the Dream Legacy Starter Deck and it is semi-solid. Just needs the following tune ups in "quotes"
3x Sasuke AoC and 3x Naruto CoP are essential turn 0 drops.
Analytical Mind is a lot better than Violent Temper
Your Turn 2 drops are fine, but you might want to have some fire drops.
You need 3x Hayate [Detecting a Plan] for Mission Negation. Every good deck finds room for 3, yours should also.
4 Drops are fine.
Turn 5 drops are fine too, but if you can, change the Zabuzas to Kabuto [Covert Operations] and those 2 Kakashi I recommended are better than Copy Ninja. However you can Sideboard Copy Ninja to combat against Freedori or something.
Turn 6 Drops are fine

Jutsus are fine as I changed them.

Good players run 3 Appearences Of Unknown Rivals. That is enough draw power. The following 3 missions are good for fire techs. Mission of Capturing the Pet Tora is more for charging chakra then to draw.

Ok CoP's discards goes to the graveyard.
I probably knew that you didn't have Early Settlement so Energizing the Brain would be a budget alternative, it is a rare from Curse of the Sand.
However Copy Ninja can be good for matching against Freedori Decks.
Kisame is alright, I wouldn't have it in a Fire/Water deck, I would much rather run Kabuto [Covert Operations] over Zabuza, but they are hard to get.
There really isn't any good Turn 2 Fire drops, but I would splash 2 Nejis [Another Method for Absolute Protection], it saves you from Dosu.
And no Bingo Book because Your original build had 4 water missions and 1 fire mission, all to draw. I balanced it out, 3 Appearences are needed in ANY deck that is mono water or Water/X. and the 3 fire missions is what I would do, fire missions the way I play them are only good in 1s

Yes I noticed the Shanringan problem too. I understand The Third [APW] is good but i dont have one so I cnat use it. I am guessing Vanilla=No Text. Elric I like the way you built the deck and all the help you have given but since I dont have some of those cards I will have to sub in what works best until I can get some of those expensive cards which probly wont be long.

The only reason I'm helping you is because this deck is the closest to being a finish tournament deck. Other deck thread that are messy, I don't bother looking at, its only decks like these I help tune up.

Anyways for your late game I'll try to fix it to a more budget friendly version, if you have Kakashi Early Settlement, take out 1 Vanilla, throw in a Suien, tkae out 1 5 drop, put in Early Settlement. Change APW to Village Governor for the mean while.
