Those are some basic changes.Try to take out Water prison and get more fires in there. 7-8/10

Demon Bros aren't very good without End of the Demon. Yoroi Akado, Kabuto - Withdrawl (wonderfrul against Caged Bird when you need an active Jonin).

While your deck has a more aggro feel to it, using a similar base 0 as Tempo, I'm a fan of 3 Sasuke and 3 Kono - HG. Hoenstly, that turn quicker is amazing. The use of 3 Hayate - DAP will give you the option of using Twin Sanke Sacrifice Jutsu. It can be a back breaker. I like running 1 or Two.

I'll give more advice later.

Thats not such a good idea in a water/fire deck, plus his early game has enough power so he wouldn't have to resort to MP. Best leave Shikamru in a tempo/freedori/dedicated MP
