Hinata would stand there in shock. Naruto would question why she wasn't attacking. He would get her life story, her fathers life story, her dogs life story, and her great-great-grandmothers life story told to him. He would feel bad. He would say some stuff, she'd gain some confidence. Still lose though. Naruto would say something along the lines of "you did great" and Hinata would blush/pass out/smile/all at the same time. If it was in the anime or manga, at least.

Naruto still wins though.
