My vote goes to Temari, she can cut trees in half with only one swipe. The weapons from Ten-ten are nothing, just swipe her fan and Ten-ten is dead.

I love Ten Ten too, but she is so mis-matched in this series. Either way, my vote goes to Temari just because of how each ninja fights. I mean, Ten Ten favors projectile weapons while Temari uses massive bursts of wind to attack. It's just a bad setup for Ten Ten.
