i think he's still affected by jutsu like great breakthough and vortex. stuff like zabuza (docv) and dosu (si) dont affect it.

Overflow won't be in a starter deck. Just because a card is Starter exclusive doesn't mean it has to be in the sideboard (just because they did it like that last time doesn't mean anything. They've only done this once before, so we have no real precedent to go with).

Apparrently you havent been looking through the boards. Overflow is now confirmed to be in the starter decks, thanks to the Curse leak in the southwest. Uzumaki Barrage is the SR in the Naruto starters. It's called Overflowing madness, and the starter SR's lack the 1st edition symbols.
