What is "Growth"? What does it do? Is it a valuable effect? What makes it special?

Growth is replacing a ninja with the same ninja, so long as it has [Growth] in it's characteristics. When growthing a ninja, the newly growthed ninja gets a growth coin, which adds +1/+1. Some growth ninjas have effects that rely on growth and some just have better effects all together

Everything Itachi6 said but you cant growth a ninja the same turn you play the ninja. So if you deploy a Hinata you have to wait until your next turn to play the growth one replacing the original and sending the other to the chakra area.

Forgot to add that a ninja with a growth coin cannot be growthed again.
