Please! Kakashi, no contest. The only reason Kakashi didn't destroy that Water Prison Jutsu right then and there was because he didn't want to put his Genin's lives in danger.

I'm not so sure about that. I think that if Kakashi could've escaped Zabuza's Water Prison Jutsu then he would've. If he could've escaped, then he was putting his Genin's lives in danger by not doing so.

Besides, I know that Kakashi could beat Zabuza, but Zabuza would at least put up a good fight.

actually just about every blow that zabusa got on Kakashi was what Kakashi wanted so he could counter with an attack.
