I can't exactly tell what you're talking about...sounds sorta like the curse seal level 2 though.....did he have Hand wings?

Im not sure its just whe he has black or red lines on his neck and purple chakra surrounds him

I'm not sure about the red lines, but the black marks and purple Cakra definitly sounds like the curse seal. If you wanna know about it...

yes Sasuke Grows hand wings and turns grayish with long gray hair and a shuriken looking form in the middle of his face and that is the lvl 2 curse seal
