Default Card Types (Confirmed?)

The manufacturer on the website says SCORE. Now I do not believe SCORE has the license to make this product. My main belief behind that is that Bandai currently owns the license. I'm fairly certain it was a typo by ToyWiz. There are many similarities between the description in those starters and those that have been said by James.

Set A decks will include special Wish cards 1 or 2. Set B decks will include special Wish cards 3 or 4.
The description on the ToyWiz website says Goku starter deck A & B, and Frieza starter deck C & D. That fits in with what James had said about there being two different starter types for each starter.

If we go into the description on ToyWiz it says
Quote:
Details (Description): 0-card deck based on an exclusive Super Rare Goku card packaged with a random Super Rare Wish card A
The 0 is probably a typo for 30. This fits in with what Jtanekana had said regarding an exclusive wish card in every starter. It also fits in with the 30 card deck which he stated above.

The main reason for this typo, I believe is that Score held the license for the previous DBZ CCG. Most likely, ToyWiz just took the template for the description of the previous game and modified it for this game. Obviously they didn't do a very thorough/good job.

I do agree that it was a typo, since they added this at the bottom:

Special Note!: The Dragon Ball game system is based on the popular Naruto CCG system and with special side rules players from each game will be able to compete against each other!
But in response to your other thread, I do not see anywhere on that link that confirms DragonBalls as a card type.

Thanks for agreeing with me on this one guys.

Your right Evil Jim. There is nothing there that confirms DragonBalls are an actual card type. I assumed they would be and that was wrong. I apologize. However, I'm fairly certain that dragonball will act the same way they did in Original Z and Re: Z.

I am still banking on Dragonballs as tokens/coins. If they are cards, then they would be in a side deck of sorts.

In the old Z game they were in your deck. Their effects made them worthwhile playing. They had effects liek draw 2 cards from your deck. You would play them in place of a combat.

I know I played the old game. I was just stating what I think they would be, and if they where cards, how they would be played. I will tell you my reasoning. So far they have been really talking up the wish cards and to play the wish cards you need the Dragonballs. I think they are going to make it so every deck will be able to play there chosen wish card, with out having to spend 7 slots in there 40 card deck for Dragonballs. Even in old DBZ, I did not see that many players using the Dragonballs, and the decks were bigger.

I think it will be outside of the deck as well becuse if you look at goku's effect all it says is attach a dball to him but does not mention anything about searching your deck for one.
