Official Bandai America Dragonball CCG “Rogue Card List”

Effective as of July 27th, 2009

Notice to all Dragonball CCG players,

To preserve and maintain an enjoyable and interesting game environment for the Dragonball Collectible Card Game, starting on July 27th, 2009 a “Rogue Card List” will be in effect. This is a list of restricted cards from the Dragonball CCG. Bandai America updates this restricted list with the release of each new Dragonball CCG series with cards that are being abused during tournaments, or have an overbearing presence on the game.

The “Rogue Card List” will be shown before the date that they will go into effect to assure players have enough time to alter their Decks to incorporate the changes. The “Rogue Card List” is variable and subject to change as the game environment changes with the addition of new sets. The Restriction ranges from Max One (1 per Deck) to Max Two (up to 2 copies per Deck) and applies for all Dragonball Collectible Card Game Official Premier Events (World Martial Arts Tournament and higher). All other events are at the discretion of the store owner or Meijin. Crossover Tournaments are not required to follow this restriction.

I. Max One Cards

You can ONLY use ONE of the following cards in the Deck & Side Deck combined:
1) Series #4: Fusion – “Dignity of the Conqueror (TE-128)”

II. Max Two Cards

You can ONLY use TWO of the following cards in the Deck & Side Deck combined:

After observing several events including World Martial Arts Tournaments we have come to the conclusion that DotC has had an overwhelming impact on the Metagame and therefore in the interest of reducing this impact we have decided to reduce the amount of copies a deck can have of this card. Although we feel that Series #5 will reduce this impact as well, since the set is still a few months away from release we have decided that this change is necessary until at least Series #5 is released at which point we will re-evaluate this list.
