One last attack

Hi Im new to the game but I love the way is played so be prepare for the bunch of questions Ill make in the future.
right now is an easy one but I dont get it very well, what does "one last attack" means by, then discard user? that it wont go to the Chi area after I used it? or what?:confused:

That's right. It won't go to the Chi area, it'll go to the discard area.
