No, not which one's better, but has anyone else played the two games against each other so far? Each person going by their own individual rules, and making the easy transitions (i.e. Warrior = Ninja, Jutsu = Technique)
I played a game against someone's mono-water using the deck I built out of a Goku starter and some boosters. Basically, how it went down was I let him get set up in the first game and he crushed me flat out with a Giant Vortex. Second and third games though I didn't let up at all and just kept sending teams into attack. Second game I managed to deck him out by making him charge all of his removal with a well-timed Dende's wish, and the Third game didn't last until the fifth turn because every ninja he dropped got overwhelmed by either Janken-Goo or Reversal.
So, if you've already tried out playing the two games against each other with some on-the-spot rulings, how have they gone? Inquiring minds want to know.

When we play Naruto Vs. DB it makes alot of cards ubber useless. The pumps beign overpowered. because well the cards are legally Warrior and Ninja, so a ninja on the board is affected by ninja items and warriors are affected by warriors. making the game pretty insane.
thats why i kept saying errata the text to say "Character" instead of warrior / ninja. but ohz wellz.
I did it because I was bored, and my Dragon Ball deck got CRUSHED. I let my friend borrow one of my Naruto decks and we were playing for fun, this is what happened right after I played Frieza FF.
They send: Gaara IP, Shikamaru Nara usF, Choji Akimichi usF.
I block: Frieza FF, Cell, King Kai.
They searched and got nothing with IP's effect. Now, they use Choji Akimichi's effect to give one damage to Frieza FF.
-They follow through, Sand Tomb on Cell.
- I chain, Death Ball on Gaara.
-They play Double Sand Blade on Frieza.
*No response*
Starts another chain:
-Sand Tomb King Kai, for 2 BR's/Planet Damage and game. -_-
Don't bother playing Naruto vs DBCCG for now, Naruto is WAY to advanced into the game and they have cards that are way to cheap.

Not only that, but the Deck that was being played against was Over 9000. Forget DB decks, there aren't many Naruto decks that can deal with O9K right now.
Just wait until O9K blows over. When that happens, DBCCG should have a better shot.

9k is really easy to deal with now...dbz card can deal with 9k
However Dbz cannot even compare to JIn or tempo
but i do agree when you all say that naruto is way too advanced
9k is really easy to deal with now...dbz card can deal with 9k
... Cause that makes sense -_-
How exactly is a deck with barely any removal or draw supposed to beat a deck that has 6 removal, massive draw power, and a card that TUTORS the removal.
9k is DBZ's worst match up.

9k is DBZ's worst nightmare.
Fix'd!
Anyway, I was curious about what exactly are staples in a DB deck right now. From what I can tell, there aren't enough cards to make mono-anything, and even two-element decks will require some splashes to be playable.
The only staples I know of are T0 Goku, Cell and Bulma. Any others any of you might know?

Narutos game play has turned the meaning of "mono" in Bandai games to mean any cards with costs. so random warriors that have no Chi cost dont effect weather the deck is considered "mono" or not. the same goes for cards Like Pafu pafu.
bulma isnt staple, just a good card. Staples in my eyes are:
Baba
Piano
Goku (T0)
Cell
Resisting power
Near staple, meaning they are in most decks, but not all are:
Jackie chun
Ranfan

Do you have any idea how fast Narto would die?

It is still to soon to even think that db decks can win against most naruto decks plus there will be specific rules designated by bandai. Naruto's card pool is so much larger and has removal (ie: gaara deck, vortex, trigram, etc.)

None of this is news.
Naruto is faster, has cheap removal, with way more targets ect ect.
