Hey I was wondering where you sign up/take a test to obtain this status. I know we currently have one for Naruto in our area, but I am not sure he wants to even play. I also work in the 2 shops that will most likely run all major tournaments in the Delaware/Philadelphia area. (Alternate Universes, tell your friends. =P) I plan to play as well so I am not just some side judge telling you how you should play. So any help would be appreciated, thank you.

There's no official test up at this time. Send an email to kim.logie*gmail.com Once things get closer to the official season, you will be required to pass a test and fill out your agreement forms.

Hmm, I just found her post regarding this in the news thread. That was made in April, quite awhile ago. I did email her she hasn't gotten back to me. She could very well be busy, maybe I should just be more patient. =P

are you near sacramento CA,please.in folsom to be exact.i am so desperate.i cant play in any tournaments cuz i dont have a meijin

She is extremely busy at the moment, due to all the current and up-coming events for both DBZ and Naruto.
