Yeah, she has been awesome utility in my decks as well. I'd probably even take her over Ranfan most of the time - sometimes planet damage can screw you and she takes care of that, like you said.

I am running two in my Unique Evil Tribe deck, and I cannot explain how awesome she is. Consider, she sets you up for your next draw on your opponent's turn, makes sure they take bad cards for battle rewards, and sets up your next charge. Plus, since I run Threat of the Evil Tribe, she sets up my EoT draw as well. If you have Journey to Adventure in play, paying the one chakra a turn is trivial, because you're constantly replenishing your deck.

I say she fights with RanFan for the 1 drop spot big time. Baba is awesome card control, while RanFan is board control, and I just laugh at RanFan mostly because all my warriors aren't human.

baba is the sakura adp of Naruto, you should run edleast one in every deck, and she has good support.

Baba's effect is just to good not make her deck worthy. Like stated above, she helps setup draws, what planet damage your opponent takes, and makes it better to charge the chi you need. I definitely need to track down at least two or three copies of her.
