Okay...so I'm looking at the Freiza and Goku cards and they all say Name: Something.

So, how many of each Goku/Freiza can I run..

Can I only run 1 Freiza 1st form, 1 Freiza 2nd form and 1 freiza 3rd form or 3 of each? Since it has Name: Freiza.

You can have 3 SS Goku and 3 Goku, but you can only have 1 in-play at a time. Same goes for Frieza.

No, you are confusing rules text with card names. Just like most card games, you can only have a certain number (3 in this case) of the same named card in a deck. For exaple, you can only have 3x Goku in a deck. That means 3x T0 Goku, 2x T0 Goku and 1x T5 Goku, etc. This doesn't apply to Goku [Super Saiyan], because it's cardname isn't Goku, it's Goku [Super Saiyan]. You can therefore have 3x Goku (of either kind) and 3x Goku [Super Saiyan] in the same deck. In the same manner, you can have 3x of each form of Frieza in the same deck, because they all have different card names.

The Name: X text only refers to other card effects (such as Requirement: PICCOLO). Not deck building, in which you only need to look at the card name, not any of the text under it.
