Clarification of RanFan's Ability

Just double-checking.

Does the ability only apply to one opposing warrior or every opposing warrior with the text "Human" + "Male"

For instance, if Master Roshi and Krillin are opposed to RanFan, do both get -1/-1 or do I choose one to give the effect to?

It says "Target", so you are to target one warrior to apply the effect to.
