They do. We don't. We still don't know how they were privileged enough to get access to the cards we haven't seen, but we know that they certainly have, and until we have seen and played the rest of the set like they have, Zero and DNaraku are kind of the authority on the card game. :p

All I'm going to say is that furtune teller baba is my favorite card in the game. Expect to see alot of her.

So I can assume she's pretty much a staple than right? Like Ranfan or the T0 goku?
Plus the wish must be good to be a SR, wonder what it's effect is...

Um.. obv you haven't seen some Naruto SRs. Blazing Rasengan, Gaara (Auto Guard), etc.

The SRs in this first set were chosen very well I think. Every card is a staple in its applicable decktype.

naruto card's are to good the game is killing itself i was ranked top 20 and stop playing beacuse the game was getting to boring

The game's playerbase will always know the game's best players.
Unless you go by another alias, I've never heard of you... :/
On the other hand, Zero and DNaraku are well respected Naruto members who have placed consistently high in tournaments.
As for my play skill, I'll let Zero testify for me.
Anyways, for top 8 cards,
I'm going to agree with Zero's list. Baba is a beast and every deck should play 2 or 3 of her, especially due to the lack of "speed" which this game is missing.

Card List is coming out today supposedly, so I suppose it's alright to say: Baba lets you reorganize the top 3 cards of your deck, from what I'm told.

i dont care for baba....shes a 0/2 on turn one....i like the turn 1 krillin whos a 3/2 and ranfan better...plus getting chi is really importaant and looking at the top cards is okay if you need the drops
Yeah, but following a T0 Goku she is just as good as Krillin. Plus, fixing your draws and chi charging so you draw the good and charge the bad is kind of ridiculous.

hes good but hes a turn three....i was thinking of running one and 2(choice is of the player) of the krillins because the turn 3 is for intant pumps and the turn one is for early game support/combat
One thing I love about the Goku starter is running T3 Krillin into stuff, then next turn giving him Senzu Beans as a combat trick. :D It adds up to essentially +3/+3 to your team, plus Krillin is no longer injured.
I plan to do the same in my Super/Unique Techniques deck, only using Summoning the Hidden Power on him instead of Senzu Beans. ;)

Does baba say something like "exchange your hand with the top cards of you deck equal to your handsize"? Say you have 4 cards in hand, you can use her effect to put those 4 cards in any order on top of your deck, than draw 4????
That sounds pretty sick, especially with a nice 0/2 to back up your warriors.

that is true i wish there was more good turn 0's in this game though lol i hink rasberry's and gokus are the best right now.....piano's and pilaf's are more for late game....i'll try the baba in my super /villan deck....take out a ranfan for it
No babas effect is by paying 1 random chi during the strategy phase you are allowed to look at the top three cards of your deck and rearrange them in any order you like.
Someone leaked both Baba and Dendes in 1 day. Awesome. Apparently I need to kill someone.

Yeah or u could run the turn three krillin which is awesome in my opinion.

Why baba is awesome:
1- Solid drop for T1
2- Her timing allows you to pick what BRs your opponent will get.
3- IN A GAME WITH LIMITED DRAW, FIXING YOUR DRAWS IS POTENTIALY THE BEST THING EVER.
and for those of you who havent seen it, Dendes wish is broken.

Yep. I find it intresting bandai puts instructions in teh kits, but stores refuse to folow them -_-
Since knowlege of cards are out, I might aswell throw 1 into the pot:

And there is the pump for aliens. so now that its been proven alien has everything, lets all start teching against it. BUT WAIT once you start beating them, they are just going to dendes wish to mill you off 6 cards. FUN STUFF.
With cards like that, even journey of the adventure does nothing -_-

This is why the card Sakura ADP in Naruto was good. Baba is basically a costed version of her. No one liked her at first until she somehow started showing up in all tournament winning decks.

I know, ADP is still great in almost any deck. And it's obviously a staple in Mono Wind IP decks, because there's nothing better than playing 1-2 DBS's to bait your opponent, than follow through with 2-3 Sand Tomb's for game.
But anyways, I don't see any reason why Baba wouldn't be a staple for right now. But what's baba's rarity anyway?
