no he's not hard at all to pull out really and when i put him in play i just charge third form or hang on to him just in case something happens to ff i just play third and do it all over agin:p

He doesn't seem to hard to get out. It is just like growth him from naruto plus the only downside is that he is a super but his effect and stats are definatly worth the rarity

Atually, without specific draw and such, it is pretty hard to pull him off and have a comfortable amount of chakra consistantly.

Actually yes really ... my friend and I have played quite a few games and my deck runs the final form and I have noticed pretty much the same thing Ignatious has.
There were plenty of times where he was sitting in my hand uselessly while I couldn't seem to draw the 3rd form. Then there was one point I finally did draw the 3rd form (after waiting a ridiculously long time and having the final form take up space in my hand literally the entire game) and didn't have the chakra to play 3rd form then the final form.
In short I had a very hard time playing him.
