I would like that my venue will get approved play for Dragon Ball. Do you know what steps my venue and I should take to. Also, what are some tips for promoting this game. Do you need a judge? Thanks for any info you can provide.

You have to apply to be a meijin (judge)/game organizer to run official events at your venue. Upon becoming a meijin you geta ton of prize support for tournaments and stuff to giveaway to promote the game. To apply you have to contact Kim Logie and request a mejin application.
