There is a wide range of strength that each character posesses throughout the series. Based on that. I believe a character could be any drop. E.G. Tien in DragonBall could be a 2 drop and Tien in DragonBall Z could be a 4 Drop.

Goku (Begining of DB saga) = 1 Drop
Goku (Mid of DB saga) = 2 Drop
Goku (End of DB saga) = 3 Drop
Goku (Z Saga) = 4 Drop
SS Goku (Z Saga) = 5 Drop
SS2 Goku (Z Saga) = 6 Drop
SS3 Goku (Z Saga) = 7 Drop
SS4 Goku (GT Saga) = 8 Drop
Other characters will fall in depending on how they compare to the different stages of Goku

in the new shonen jump they show previews so there was a goku that was a 4 drop no hc 4/2 5/0, a cell 3 drop 1 hc 4/3 0/0, freiza final form 6 drop 1 hc 6/4 5/1, piccolo 4 drop no hc 5/3 2/0, krillin 3 drop 0 hc (cant see the power).

I would Imagen that but, what do u think some of them will be and there powers. Like...
Gohan (On earth fighting vegeta)
T:0 H:0
1/0 2/0
Effect?
Gohan (Has saiyan armor on the first time)
T:1 H:0
0/0 3/1
Effect?
Something like that IDK.

One thing that they could easily do but i really hope they don;t is just use effects already in the Naruto ccg for example make a saiyan saga gohan form ep#1 and give him the exact same effect as naruto Nine tailed Chakra from Path to hokage. Or give Bulma an effect similar to Moegi or Udons.

I agree man. I will not be impressed AT ALL if they re-use effects from the Naruto CCG. This is a new game with new characters, I don't want to play a recycled version of the Naruto CCG.

well we can already tell some of the effects are similar (although different enough to be interesting), and some are completely different.

Some effect will most likely be reused or somthing and it would suck if most effect r the same a naruto 1's but, i dont think that will happen.

I really hope so. I won't be impressed in the slightest if Bandai recycles the effects of cards in the Naruto CCG onto cards in the DragonBall CCG. Similar game mechanics shouldn't give them lee-way to make similar effects.
