Effect's activated by techniques???

If a warrior uses a techniques that hasn't resolved and it is negated, will warriors like Yakon, Krillin, and Lord Slug be effected?

Will Lord Slug get +1/+0?
Will Krillin's effect activate for a -1/-1 on another warrior?
Will Yakon be injured?


I posted this in Q and A but I wanted to see if I could get a faster reply from people here, just something I could go by when I play since I run all 3 of these cards in different decks.

Krillin plays Destructo Disk and since hes the user even if the tech's effect got negated he still used it to get his effect off. Also the chain would look like this...
Krillin effect > Destructo Disk, even though Destructo Disk was played first Krillins effect stacks over the Destructo Disk. Same for Yakon and Slug.
