where does it say that its a promo? I know it has the red dots but that was the preview for the card since they put in into the 3 set since the starters were cancelled.

At least he didn't use the same pic from the Christmas preview when it was Shenrong of the Earth.

Hopefully he just did the wrong card and tomorrow we'll see one of the 3 wishes we haven't seen yet.

Hopefully. No reason to even try to get Regaining Power if it will be a promo eventually. So does this mean that Vegeta, GS, and those other 2 Alien cards aren't coming out next?

The card is what like 10 bucks normally right? God you people need to calm down just recently in yugioh anyone who had the top deck when the new banlist came out lost hundreds of dollars not 10. It's not the end of the world whether I had one or not I wouldn't care. It's not like they are giving away Super Saiyan 3 Goku or 2nd form cell as promos. I think giving wishes away as tournament prizes is a good idea. Me and my friends usually let some of the local players use extra decks we have built, but there aren't enough wishes to go around so this would really help.

Well, he said for the new 3 thursdays he'll be previewing wishes, correct? If you take out set 3 and set 4's wishes there are 3 left from what would have come out set 3 with starters. So I feel like the image is probably incorrect, and that we're going to see the last 3 wishes soon. Which makes sense because Bandai probably wants to get more wishes out there soon, and by giving the last 3 away at tournaments we won't have this problem. Additionally, he said on DBR that they'll be given to store owners as opposed to mejin for prize support. So the store owner could be like "Buy a pack and I'll give you a wish" or something. But perhaps that has changed as well.

My shop is buy a box and get the wishes. Or you get 8 packs=1 Wish.

DB CCG Series 4 has no other wishes besides Regaining the Power (WI-006). The Wishes I'm previewing (even though they have 3 Red Dots) are Tournament Promos or Retail Promos that players will eventually be able to obtain.

Didn't relize that about yesterday's Wish, but thoday;s wish will be in tournament kits.
