Broly (Legendary Super Saiyan) VS Cell (Perfect Form)

Who would win if Broly Legendary Super Saiyan was to fight Cell (Perfect Form)?

One scene says it all to me.
When Goku used a Kamehameha on Broly that did nothing but make him laugh.
Didnt Goku do the same to Cell that blew the top half of his body off?

Broly was also uneffected by all of the super saiyans attacks and laughed at most of them. Cell was damaged by most of the attacks of Goku.

In the end, Broly is the man and Cell sucks.
Broly wins.

Kamehameha thing does bring up a good point also Goku could actually phase cell but broly in his legendary state could not be phased by him except when he got his guts ripped out. haha. Broly wins I think, but Cell Super Perfect form is another question. That would be the great battle I would want to see.

In all of Cell saga I think there is only one person who can match Broly and that's SS2 Gohan.
