-Some adventure showdown support, something to seriously think about as a side deck. So far every symbol has a means for adventure showdown aside from alien.

thats just funny and stupid at the same time. totally gives you a reason to play a Super/Earth Adventure deck.

Indeed. Hopefully we see some interesting decks after this set. Crazy that set 4 is already here.

-True true, was the set rushed for release because set 3 had its delays?

Man I think adventure show down is going a little over board at this point soon actual stats aren't going to matter if this keeps up.

Not really if you think about it. Sure thats all Earth has right now aside from WMAC, but even in my Earth deck Im not using Adventure showdowns all the time. And the other sets that have Adventure showdowns their more limited. So I like the fact that theyre making them for the other colors.

pretty decent since it has no time limit.

not really. even if you try to play alot of adventure, your gonna end up paying for it near the end when you find out you have no chi left. thats its biggest weakness (besides Gotenks). thats the thing about it. either you pay a bit of random chi here and there, or alot of on color chi. so its perfectly balanced yet also completely competitive as well.

Card seems terrible. Besides taking up space in your deck as a card that actively does nothing on its own, you activating it during the strategy phase, thus there is no surprise to the coming adventure showdown... + if they negate your showdown, you lose on invested chi for nothing :\

but youre forgetting that theres only ONE card that can actually consistently stop adventure (Gotenks), and not every deck can play him. also why does it matter if its stategy anyway? im either gonna force an adventure or you take lots of PD, its doesnt change or alter the strategy i was gonna use anyways so its not a waste. the only time strategy timing sucks is for stat (combat/support) pumps.

Does this +1 occur before or after my ADV gets doubled by x20

Diginity of the conqurer should do a fine job of stopping adventure showdowns, as well as any form of removal on the warrior starting the adventure showdown.

OR, I chump block you and you wasted chi? Seems efficient. Or not :\

No, strategy timing on ANY form of buff is bad. My opponent knowing I'm going to beat him only lets my opponent play around it. the Surprise "I wreck your team" play is always the best play.

I'm also going to again point out that this card does absolutely nothing by itself, making it a completely dead draw 75%(I'm being generous) of the time. Why not just play good cards?

The card is situational.. Doesn't need to be ran in a Super deck.. You should have enough cards with high turn costs where a card like this won't matter.. Maybe if this card doubled the adventure showdown value it'd be worth it but not for a +1..

I've been waiting to see an Adventure pump but this was pretty sad. Yet another Super card that didn't make a difference. Like the picture though.

in a competive deck I don't see this run but in casual decks I can see it being used

As a Super player, I wouldn't run it because you need all the 15 tech/event space you can get and this could be a dead card late game. But it would be a nice card maybe later on in the game, like if DB goes to 50 cards, may put 1-2 in my deck, but right now, nope. Also SP when is the super preview going to be up?

Well its not all bad. I mean if your running the adventure showdown deck your probably running like no major techs. Me personally I think this card sees some place especially when you combo it with Kaioken x20 making your turn 3 cards turn 8s. Personally my adventure showdown deck will not have any normal pumps what so ever, and super events are by in large bad anyways.

yeah. their best event i can think of is the return from the other world. maybe antagonism. other than that, super doesn't seem to focus on events.
