Dotc is amazing.
First of all, 3 of any chi which helps a lot. It can act as an evil containment wave that doesn't require a db and can win you the game when they chump block. Another thing it can do is save you the game. If your at 8 planetary, and you have 3 teams, and they stomp out one and send 3 teams of 5, you can dotc one of the warriors in a team and make the team less then 5 therefore just causing 1 planetary. This card doesn't state opposing warrior so you can use it on any warrior in play.

With its generic chi cost, action timing, and it has neither beam nor destruction, this card might end up in every deck.

This card is really nice since it can also stop Techs that do damage to an opposing warrior if you target the user. Say your opponent plays Super Kamehameha and you play this in chain and target their Goku/Gohan user, the warrior would leave the team and no longer have a target for Super Kamehameha.

also, (this is part of your DB question in the Q&A) wishes require that you pay the 7 db coins to put the wish into the chain, so it would be pointless to play a card like Accident in chain since the db coins are gone at this point. Paying the DB coins is a cost of using a wish just like paying chi is the cost of a tech or effect.

HOW TO USE EFFECTS OF WISHES
A player who has a total of 7 DB coins on their in-play Warriors
can make a wish out of their 3 face-down Wish cards by revealing
it. To make a wish, follow these rules:
•Effects of Wishes can only be used in the legal timing.
•Each player can make only one wish per game.
•When a player makes a wish, they must remove 7 DB coins from the
Warriors they control. This is considered a cost of playing the Wish
•When a player makes a wish and the Wish is used, it becomes a part
of the Chain and its effect is applied when the Chain is resolved.
•Once a Wish is used, that Wish remains face up for the remainder
of the game.

Ya it def replaced ECW no attack no db requirement and 3 genric chi looks like alien is making a comeback.
