Why do Oscars go to pretty boys, but not good actors?

The point of this thread is to determine at least one card from each set worthy of SR status (for its time) but did not get it and one SR that did not deserve its spot.

I'll go first

WR:
Nominate: Krillin STR
Demote: Gohan (I thought he needed to be more accessible)

TA:
Nominate: Supreme Commander Red (If KP is SR so should he)
Android 19 (All around beastly awesome card)
4 Witches Technique (Its in every deck with Villian in it and 3 of...)
Demote: Trunks (nuff said)
Last Gamble (decent but not good enough)
Frieza FPF (nuff said)

upgrade-Android 17 (I love the art and would have been awsome as a Super Rare)
Downgrade- Goku (STSR) the effect was lacking with the Stradigy limit. would have been ok if it was Action instead

Seriously? You want to downgrade Majin Vegeta, SSJ Goku (who when it was just WR was the biggest warrior), and Cell Perfect Form?

CPF isn't made worthless by 16, 17 is the one thats taking a hit because of 16, because all he ever was was an extra 5 drop, your main 5 drop is still Cell 2nd Form, so why would you take the weaker 17 over 16. CPF cannot be chumped, and has monster stats, put him behind 16 even, and your foe is screwed.

I agree that is my choice as well

Also i don't understand why ppl think that Gohan is bad, his stats are 8/2 injured I personally think he needs toughness but other than that he makes a card like summoning the hidden power good, he is good. Frieza FF, Goku ssj and cell 2nd all have trouble with his stats.

i would switch some techs for awakening. (although i do think that its good to have some techs that are good and not super rare.) i do think four witches is good enough to deserve sr status. so:

upgrade: four witches
downgrade: last gamble

the should have combined last gamble with revival of shenron without the dragonball removal part. Then I think it would have been a decent card. But yeah last gamble is just bad. would have been awesome if it was just your opponent should be turn 8 then thats late game enough to not be broken.

Sorry but muscle tower would be the worst SR, it's only playable in one deck. Villain Rush.
