Hello
Wish cards, do they go into the deck or are they place outside of the deck like Side Deck, or Extra Deck in Yugioh.

Also what element is WI if it goes to the chi area.

Plunder, Super Heal, etc those are valid effects right?

Evolution, do I have to pay the chi cost?

ALso I kind of confuse about paying the cost cards like
EV-019 Terrifying plan
Turn 3 Unique Chi
Startegy Unique Chi Unique Chi > -----
Do I have to play extra chi for the effect or what? I'm kind of confuse??

Also the dragon ball on techniques, do I remove the dragon ball from the warrior and does the warrior have to have the dragon ball to use the techinque like Thunder Flash.

Thanks it would really help.

Many questions are answered here.
http://www.bandaicg.com/dragonball/showthread.php?t=2243

Wish cards are not in the deck they are to the side

Wishes never go to chi when they are played. They are flipped face up and you may play only one wish per game, but you can have 3. No they do not count towards the deck.

All key words (plunder toughness ect) are valid so far.

No there is no cost for evolutions. (Edit: out of respect for Piccolo's dad and his infinite wisdom)

For the card you mentioned, you must pay the chi to play the card, and then pay every time it is used, unlike naruto all events are permenant unless they have time limit.

No you do not remove a DB coin when using the techniques that require DB coins on them the warrior using it must have a coin on him or her.

Hello
Wish cards, do they go into the deck or are they place outside of the deck like Side Deck, or Extra Deck in Yugioh.

Wishes are in a pile to the side, face down. You have to have them visible and close by. I also suggest putting them in different color cases than your deck.

Also what element is WI if it goes to the chi area.

Wishes don't go to Chi when used, the Wish you use is flipped face up and remains that way for the rest of the game.

Plunder, Super Heal, etc those are valid effects right?

Currently, all Keyword effects are Valid, though Plunder and Thrash are also Attacker only though.

Evolution, do I have to pay the chi cost?

No, you just return the old one to your hand and replace it with the Evolved version.

ALso I kind of confuse about paying the cost cards like
EV-019 Terrifying plan
Turn 3 Unique Chi
Startegy Unique Chi Unique Chi > -----
Do I have to play extra chi for the effect or what? I'm kind of confuse??

When a card has any symbols before the text like that, it is considered the cost for the effect, so yes, you have to pay the two chi for the effect.

Also the dragon ball on techniques, do I remove the dragon ball from the warrior and does the warrior have to have the dragon ball to use the techinque like Thunder Flash.

Nope. If a technique has a dragonball on it, that just means the Warrior using the Technique has to have a Dragonball on them when the technique is Played and also when it Resolves. If your opponent can remove the DB somehow before the technique goes off, you don't get the effect.
Thanks it would really help.

Answers in bold, hope this helped.

in b4 piccolo's dad ;)

wait you dont pay costs for evolution? I don't play alien or villain so I might be wrong on that one.

Never mind I was wrong :( Evolution is no cost and does not count as a deployment (which I knew that part). This makes sense since it is a put in play effect. So evolve away lol :)

only if the event has a chi cost to use its effect. example would be Pafu Pafu requires a chi cost every time you use the effect, but cards like Full Moon, Invasion of the Planet and Crumbled Pride do not need a chi cost to activate their effects. If the chi symbol in the effect has a symbol for Alien, Super, Earth, Unique or Villian, you need to play that type of chi. If the symbol has a number in it, then you can pay any color chi you wish. If the symbol has a "-" in it, then you do not play a chi for it. Remember that you still need to play the chi cost required to put the event into play also (but only once)

http://www.bandaicg.com/dragonball/cardlists_detail.php?s=1&c=ev001

Example: Korin's tower has a chi entrance cost but a - for the activation cost because it is action it still requires a turn of combat to activate but no cost so you just say "I am using korins tower and use the card.

http://www.bandaicg.com/dragonball/cardlists_detail.php?s=1&c=ev002

Example2: Lessons by Master Roshi has an entrance cost and an activation cost, so every time you want to use its effect you must pay the activation cost only. It also requires an action in the combat step. So you pay one super chi and say "I am using Lesson by Master Roshi".

Both of these cards have no time limit so they remain in play until you opponent discards them.

How about
Legendary Saiyan Tribe?

Does the dragon ball gets remove for the cost?

Legendary Tribe Saiyan is used during the Strategy step not during combat and Requires that a Dragonball is on the user and an Alien chi is used for activation. It does not remove the Dragonball it just requires that there is one there. Basically, you can only give plunder to someone that already has a dragonball on him or her. Since warriors can have multiple dragonballs on them this is only a small cost.

Any other questions?

Event like Crumble pride,
Can I use it during my opponent's stradetgy phase?
Also can I use Hell Flash during my opponent's turn?

When do I use a Wish card, do all 7 dragon balls have to be on one warrior or multiple? Thanks

What about threat of evil tribe?

what about it? You can have multiple in play but only one effect will activate. This is a always-on effect. I do believe that it works for both players as well.

No crumbled pride must be used as an action while you are the attacker, ie your turn. (due to the attacker requirement)

Hell Flash can be used during you opponents turn. but must be during the strategy step. (no attacker or defender requirement)

Wishes are made during your strategy step. Ie your turn. you must have 7 dragonballs and they can be on any collection of warriors. You can only use one wish once per game (not one of each wish per game) unless you use revival of shenron.

He may not know that Crumbled Pride is a misprint, that is why he asked that question

You can make a wish during your opponents turn. All current wishes exept for the new one from set 3 do not have a [Attacker] requirement
