I didn't see a thread yet and was surprised, so I just figured I'd pop this one here.
Ninja Murasaki- Uhm, awesome 0 drop for villain? Solid stats, RRA, sounds like it will fit in Villain perfectly. x3 Ninja x3 Red x2 Goku? Nice 0 drop setup.
Colonel Violet- Tired of not drawing that Red Ribbon Army Event so your Cell has RRA? Well now Villain, and RRA to boot, has a solid support 1 drop, and every turn, you can give Any symbol Warrior you have RRA, for Free. I can see her being run in place of Chiaotzu, straight up.
Muscle Tower- So, you're saying I can play this on T1, and then on my opponent's turn, drop a T3? Then, it's my turn again, and I get to play my T2.. An extra Warrior a turn at strategic moments can be great, and using this to drop Blue on their turn and lock down their heavy hitter can put the pressure off you if your opponent decides to try an all out Rush (which is what seems to happen to try and counter your RRA build up).
Clone Jutsu- So what's better, one Complete Cell, or two Complete Cell? I can see this tech being run as a 2 of in any Villain type deck and also Villain/X decks. It's like getting an extra Warrior on that turn. Villain is starting to become a major Tempo symbol.
Powered Gun- It's too expensive to be of any real use, and since it only injures, it makes it even worse. It's a tool though.. *shrug*.

Just when i though villain might be beatable they go and make these cards.
Ninja Murasaki- Solid stats for any 0 drop even beats some one drops
Colonel Violet- Amazing another good early game character for villain. I am going to hate playing them. Also lets you run 17 and 18 as RR now I hate that. 3 support turn 1 and turn 0 now if you want.
Muscle Tower- WOW red ribbon rush staple insanity! I really really am going to hate that deck, if it is even beatable now they can drop a 9 team power on turn 1 that is stupid. At least they can't drop android 19; oh wait hyper evolution darn, I guess villain is still broken!
Clone Jutsu- another tempo card, what is next?? your opponent can not play warriors for 3 turns? Basically this card will not get chumped, it does not have RR so it probably will only get one BR do to the X being equal to the turn cost and RR being like no turn cost for anything.
Powered Gun- This one is ok, I don't see it fitting in, since RR does not need it to be insane. I think it would see play if it were any other style other than villain. why worry about injuring your turn 4 when I can just over power him on turn 2.

Ninja: he's awesome
Violet: Auto-replaces Chiaotzu, great card
Muscle Tower: Can be pretty cool especially since Villian has a ton of new low drops that are pretty good but would be better getting out quicker (White, Black)
Clone Jutsu: Has potential and can be pretty good late game.
Powered Gun: I think its really cool look though it may be costly. It can easily injure Frieza Final Forms and all those guys becuase with RRA on the field and Violet, by Turn 6 your gonna have at least 6 if not 7 RR Warriors.

Ninja: Solid
Viloet: Effect should cost a chi
Muscle Tower: Absurd given the fact that they have alot of different low drops that are all good.
Clone Jutsu: So you don't even need to play that many high drop warriors, you can just replace them with a tech.
Powered Gun: Well since you can bring out like 8 extra warriors with RRA it can hit anyone

Ninja- he is a great 0 drop for villian which will have 3 with red out.
Violet- Nice since she can make anyone red ribbon for free.
Muscle tower- I was like wow really thats just sick. I can play this on one and start droping warriors on your turn especially blue thats just sweet and wrong lol.
Clone jutsu- Nice late game. Oh hey look i have buu in play ill just clone him or any one else big for that matter.
Powered Gun- Dont overlook this cards just yet. Just because it only turns to injured status doesnt mean its bad. Cards like buyon which will cause most deck problems can be dealt with by cards like this. They are valuable sidedeck answers to such problems. Keep an eye out for cards that change to injured status because they will be important to get rid of that pesky buyon and other cards to come.

They were cool i guess but not omg like i have been seeing from super and unique I think its safe to say thus far they got the edge when set 3 enters the meta.

Ninja, meh.
Violet, she alone replaces RRA event.
Muscle Tower, Wait what!? Now they get chump blockers on your turn or more rush! Villain did not need this card. They have the most powerful early game in game and you want it to come out faster...:mad:
Clone Jutsu, Not that bad I can see it being ran in some villain decks.
Powered Gun, meh.

O, ya now seeing Muscle Tower. RRA better not get any T3 for some time till they get shut down at least. I mean they need to get shut down...

I don't see it that way at all maybe cause I play rush in Naruto but dude this rush is amazing here. Super really has yet to impress me at all.
basically I see villain rush winning pretty much anything now with tower if they go first.
Lets see turn 0 - (charge) ninja or commander red - (opponent 0 turn ninja)
turn 1 - (charge) tower, violet [attack with 2 for 1 reward] - (opponant drops second warrior)
turn 2 - (drop metalitron on opponants turn charge) general blue [attack with 2 5s and violet if opponent missed 0 drop that is 7 PD now if not then he has 1 warrior and 4 PD] - (opponents turn panic he has 1 warrior and it is turn 2 he plays a warrior and separates so you don't win)
turn 3 - (drop another RR like black charge) Drop buyon [attack with 3 teams of 5 or more he must block two or that is 4 PD so he does and injures them both you still get 2 PD now you have 6 or 9 if he missed his 0 drop] - (opponent scoops and starts playing villain rush.)

The problem with this is you need LOTS of warriors to make this happen. You can still only have 25 warriors in a deck. so the odds of getting that many that early in the gam is small. On top of that you'll have not much of a hand left to play techs with. Let alone the Chi to play them.

Ninja Murasaki- A good character for RRA. This and commander red will be taking the 0 drop slot. No need for white since you want support on turn 1 and there are plenty of 1 drops for RRA, included the next card.
Colonel Violet- She will be a staple for 2 support and her good ability. Remember, RRA does not have any 3 or 5+ drops.
Muscle Tower- A powerful card for both blocking and early game. Remember, it does cost chi.
Clone Jutsu- Can be a good card, although I don't think it is necessarily needed in RRA.
Powered Gun- I think people are underrating this card. It is very good for both early and late game. Similar to what others have said, it turns off any non-valid annoyances.

You sure need alot of Chi for it though.
And I'm guessing if you use Muscle Tower, you can't add that Warrior into a team, so it's good, but not as good.

your right. it just lets you put it into play ALONE. but now at least villians dont need emission anymore. now they can just make a load of drops early game till muscle tower dissipates then finish the late game off with androids till the opponent scoops.

these cards are good. i'm impressed w/ what i've seen from this set. it looks like we'll continue to see red ribbon theme decks for a while. i like violet and muscle tower best. i think we'll see those in most villain decks.

Thats kinda funny considering the one deck that gives mono villian trouble right now is rush but i guess we will see in time we still have a good portion of the set to be revealed.

Voilent: no one mentioned the fact that she is 3 support on turn 1 if SCR is on the field, she would be a instant inclusion without the effect.
Muscle tower: very good card, will run over rr event
clonejutsu: decent but rather include the other amazing tech in this game

Ninja Murasaki- Yamcha for Villian without effect, very nice.
Colonel Violet- I am loving this warrior
Muscle Tower- not bad, will see some play
Clone Jutsu- Trap monster from Yugioh :D could see play since you can attack with it and not worry about taking damage
Powered Gun- Dodonpa you have been replaced. Thats all I need to say about that

I'm really liking the RRA stuff, they're itty bitty costs and it looks so fun, it seems pretty cool cheap stuff

yeah, it helps that they are cheap. it's nice not to have to spend a bunch of money to get a sweet deck.
