Question about custom cards

Yeah I was wondering if I could find out where the symbols are for the custom cards. I missed the upload and never got them, now the link does not work. Basically, I need everything that is not on the lead sticky post. All the links are dead.

Well I need the symbols also I need the fixed unique background if you have it, and the Dragon balls. Also the starbursts and what text do they use?
