Which 2 wishes come in which starter deck
and also does anyone have the decklists of the decks?

Its random, if your lucky you buy 4 an get all of them, if you not lucky you will buy 6 something like that

I bought 6 anyway, cuz I wanted 2 play set of capture and power of instinct, and 1 play set of started frieza + the starter krillin.

Could have sworn that we found that Goku decks had two of the wishes, and Freiza had the other two. We noticed it at the launch event way back when. Maybe our case of starters was just really really randomly well ordered.

Yep your right, don't know where people were getting they were random.
Personally I would get Goku's over Frieza, get Upa and Frieza wish, not bad, then I would get Frieza to get Ooolang and Pilaf.
