What does he do?
I have dial up where I live right now, so sadly can't download the podcasts.

He is a turn 7 warrior, and costs 2 villain chi. He can not be deployed. Thrash of 1. He needs a dragonball for his effect, which is,"This warriors team can not be blocked by a team with warriors of turn cost 2 or less."
He is an 8/4 healthy, 3/3 injured. And yes, he is super rare.

As expected.
Not worth leaving Form 2 for.

He's better then 2nd Form, a finisher, and with the fact that Villain can probably get away with just using their now absurd 2 drops as their 3 drops thus decreasing the number of warriors they need to hit their curve so he will see play.
He is good, will fit in the deck, and is not overpowered. I like him for both my Villain deck and when faced with that deck

I know the description's already here, but I always like to post descriptions in my own way, so here it is:
Cell (The Complete Form)
Villain
Turn Cost: 7/Chi Cost: [Villain][Villain]
Healthy: 8/4 Injured: 3/3
Android/Name: Cell
Thrash 1
This Warrior cannot be deployed.
[(*)] This Warrior's Team cannot be Defended by a Team that includes a Warrior with a Turn cost of 2 or less.
SUPER RARE
I got to say that while I would only run 1 of this card, I would definitely run this card. Even if his effect isn't on and he's chump blocked, that's 1 PD for you thanks to Thrash. Besides, Upa's Wish works for him as well, so just like Frieza FF you don't have to wait to get him out if you don't want to.
For those of you who haven't figured it out, that IS a DB coin symbol you're looking at up there next to the 2nd effect.

i think he is fairly good adding some finishing ability even tho the fierce 2 on cell the 2nd form is typically enough to finish opponents. i will run him in my villian deck.

Cell is a good card with lots of uses. He's big enough to save you from you from your opponent and I think he's going to give birth to new splash in Villain as well. He's not as Rediculous as Frieza Final, however in the hands of the right deck he'll be great.

The card is okay overall.. Wish his stats were bigger.. I'm going to try 1 but i don't see it being worthy of anything more..

Thank you to everyone that posted the effect, it was a great help.
But yea like most of all you guys, i'll probably run 1 and keep my 2 cell 2nd forms in my deck.

agreed. he's not as bad as full power, but like frieza, the one from the previous set is better. since villain already got a good early game boost in this set, i think it's good that bandai didn't give them a broken guy for the end game.

My only problem is he should have had Super Heal or at least Toughness other then that he is decent and should be run as 1 in villain decks.

Ambush makes all the difference:)
Unfortunately it makes a huge difference. And Orochi's stats are just better than the two others, both injured and healthy.
But this is the DB CCG forum. So...
Cell is pretty cool. I'd want one just to put next to my 2nd Form who is next to one of my foily imperfect Cell.

Cell Is.....not bad.
I'm actually a little disapionted. I thought cell was going to be a beast of a card. Still worth running one of him, cause if he gets injured, his support stats are good.
I WANTED SELF HEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think running 2 will not hurt, heck if your running a alien/villian deck you can stomping a turn 2 or lower warrior in one of your opponets big teams to take the entire team out.

i kinda don't like cell complete form I'm rather disappointed I wish it was something like warriors with a cost of two or less cannot attack or block against this warrior, then it'd be really really amazing, but I think they did this on purpose to keep the card game balanced.

Well, its an entire team with a warrior of 2 or less can't block. So pretty much if you have a two on your big team, when he swings, they can't block. And I really doubt when Cell (Complete Form) is out on the field, that you'll be swinging with any team that has a Warrior T2 or less on it, because there aren't any warriors of that turn cost that can match him. And if you're swinging, it's going to die against Cell.
What makes Cell boss to me, is that A) you can't chump him, so if your big team has your T4, T5, and a T6 on it, you'll have to break that team up, get it damaged, or take the PD. And with Villain techs, even if they are the same strength and block, you can easily put out some insane pumps to go after that OV and Thrash 1. I think people are really underestimating the power and field presence that he'll control.

Very true, we were discussing this at the tourney yesterday and the way it looked on the field during this one match, my bud couldn't be able to block if cell complete form is out, cause he just has turn 2 and below out for his chump blocks, he will be beast mode, run 1-2 would be good for any villian deck.

how do you deploy him? and Im not talking of upa´s wish.
Edit: never mind I´ve just watched cell 2 form. and he is much much better than cell complete form.

The way that villian decks tend to get blocked I think it will see play. At least one of. The complete form just seems to be total anti-chump block.
