there are no offically rulings that let you play Naruto VS Dragonball, but if you lay out the ground rules (like what a Genin would be for Dragonball) then you can if you'd like

You can but its really unbalanced from what i hear i dont play naruto but from what i hear its so fast that you would never get something like a FF frieza or SS goku out.

I guess if someone has a watered down fun deck you might be able to keep it even.

Hah, Despite what people think I can get things done and "overcome the odds" I did it before when playing Yu-gi-oh against him.... It was a long story.

Unfortunately naruto has mass draw power, better ninja effects, better curve, and better jutsus, aka mass removal and damage.

Lets not forget, your game is reliant on Chi to play events, big warriors and techs. Water decks in naruto burn Chakra/Chi like crazy... so basically you would get rolled.
