When is set 2 legal alright set 2 comes out friday how long should we wait before its allowed in tournament play?

same day, there are no big tournaments yet, so right now there are only locals. You can play the cards the day you get them (Oct. 17th 2008)

Release dates are usually days for release events where people don't have constructed tournaments.. So I wouldn't worry about people having constructed decks with the Awakening at the event on friday.

I would honestly rather do some sort of sealed event if we can make something up lol...

you could plan out a deck, because they are releasing some card's abilities to the public. you would just have to get lucky and buy the right boxes ^^

which is why i want to do a sealed event to trade for the ones i need.
