This is the question andysouthern asked in the Q&A forums and I would like this question answered. I've always assumed that you could bring back any "Evil Tribe" Warrior regardless if it had been on the field or not.

Dear Mr. Flare,
It says in the beginning of the text "return". I want to be assured that it means you can't just bring out any evil tribe from your discard pile into play that hasn't already been in play including chi area.
Secondly, say an evil tribe warrior other than king piccolo was discarded due to a random effect while in play including chi. Could I still use Evil Force Organized two turns later to bring that same evil tribe warrior back into play?

The reason why I'm asking is based on Lord Slug's preview it seems a lot of bloggers may not understand there are conditions involved with evil tribe organized.
To sum up, does an evil tribe warrior that gets discarded from the chi area meet the condtions of evil tribe organized? It's more of a 2 in 1 question.

Your response will help clarify.

Thank you

Pretty simply, you play Evil Force Organized, and when it resolves, you choose any warrior that is in your discard pile and put it into play in any position in King Piccolo's Team. This allows you to even pay the Chi cost with said Unique Evil Tribe Warrior and then return him to play since he is in the discard pile now. They don't have to have been in play beforehand or be discarded from play in any way.

This is how I plan to accelerate Slug out a Turn early.

According to the text on the card (Evil Force Organized), yes they do have to have been in play before-hand. The card states "Return target Evil Tribe Warrior...". When you define return, it states placing an object back from where it came...so the card would have had to been in play at some point. I'm no Meijin or Mod...but that's just the technicality of it all. 'sides, there's already a thread going for all of this HERE (http://www.bandaicg.com/dragonball/showthread.php?t=1551).

IMO everyone is overthinking this, it should be able to return anyone

Thats what I figured, but I thought the point DKRosen made was valid.

It returns any evil tribe card to play regardless of it being in play before or not.

Not like me saying this means anything this DK guy does not seem to understand common game mechanics and will argue this to the death.

Im pretty sure oyu can still use a ninja you discarded from your chi t pay the cost becuase you have to wait for the chain to resolve to use its effect anyways.

Here's my reason on why it doesn't have to previously be in play:

You would have to remember if it was in play for every Warrrior. If there was any dispute then you couldn't you EFO. A judge would have no say on if you could or couldn't because he wouldn't see if (and when) it was put in play before. And what if you have a Slug in your Chi and one in Discard. You wouldn't know which was in-play.

Now THIS is a valid arguement...take notes people! (just kidding)...but you TheHCI...please don't make references to me assuming what I will and won't do...when you don't know me. Thank you.

You totally just spammed this great thread up by posting that. If you don't have something to say about the topic, then don't say anything AT ALL.

-_- So your calling the first post of this thread spam!? wtf word are you living in. Even if you were smart and posted a reason why. Like say since there's all ready a thread just like this posted first. You would still be wrong, since he made this thread to discuss exactly what he said there. You just spammed calling a non spammer a spammer. Plz get your logic right or don't post on these threads. Have some intelligence in your posts or be on topic for 1's. I vary rarely flame and don't like doing it, but your just getting on my last nerve. ¬_¬

*On Topic*
Now all have to post to this thread, so hears what I think. I don't think they made this card with the intention of crapping it up, since its a card for there Evil theme. When they say return they just mien, Put in play. They Didn't say that probably because they want the wording to sound different then there Naruto ccg counter part. For what reason idk, but a lot of bad wordings are coming up because of this. imo
