Stomping, Attacker or Action

The card Stomping, does anyone know if you play it what the card it self says (Attacker | Strategy) or (Action | Strategy).

Because on the card list, when you hover over Stomping it says (Action | Strategy).

This has been posed on here many times. If you look at the card on the site, the real card, not the pop up. It has the right text.

and it being Action and play during any Strategy will make this card too good then the good it is all randy.
