Does the attacker for the turn have to use all of their [action] techniques before the defender does? or can they use them whenever. I have to examples that i am wondering about

example 1: say the Attacker for the turn sends out a team of 6 to attack, and then the defender sends out a team of 7 to defend, after the defender sends out his team to defend against the team of 6, can the attacker then use say, janken-goo to then defeat the defender for that turn?

example 2: once again we will say that the attacker has a team of 6, but now the defender has a team of 5, and say that the defender uses janken-goo to raise to 7, after the defender uses that technique, can the attacker use his own janken-goo to raise to 8?

One other question, if i use stomping and remove the head warrior of one of my opponents teams, what happens to the other warriors on the teams, are they immediatly rearranged so that if there are two of them one must be the head warrior for the turn, or can they not be sent out at all?

thanks a ton

The first example I don't see where your question is.

The second example... Yes. You can use a "Janken-Goo" after your opponent does. Until the Showdown Step, you are still in the Action Step, so you may use as many Action Step Techniques as you wish. If you use one, and then your opponent doesn't reply with his own Technique, you may use another, and another until you are satisfied. ...and at ANY point, your opponenet still has the right to jump in and use a Technique of his own. As long as you both can pay the costs, and the timing is correct.

To answer your question about "Stomping" the other two Warriors in the team remain in the team, and if your opponenet chooses to use that team to defend, then yes, he decides who becomes the Head Warrior.

I don't blame him for putting it here. They take WAY too long to answer the Q&A board.

they do, but Mr. Flare rarely answers questions anymore. I try to answer the ones I can when the people asking have their PM's turned on.

Well do they have a process in which some members could be legitmate rules people like a tournament rules test or anything ? Also is there a PDF file for tournament rules for naruto or DBZ?

No and No. For some reason they don't want non-Bandai employees answering questions. I know its because not everyone has the same answer and on most forums that allow users to answer other users, most of the answers that are giving are wrong and can start an argument.

Well on our board we are allowed to phrase it as we think this is what happens. And we had players become rules moderators because they ended up knowing more then the developers . I think if their is a system to where someone can test their knowledge of DBZ/Naruto that would prove they know the game enough to give advice .

Heh, well, talking about it here won't do much good. Even if Bandai employees DO read this boards. DIRECTLY telling the company is the route to take your ideas.
