Then change your terminology. Is it too much to ask for people to add an extra word to their sentences? Say Super Rare or SR instead of Super. Also, your friends should be able to discern which meaning you are using based on what you have said. There are tons of homonyms in the english language. People don't change those words to different words because they have two meanings.

Its the same issue as Yu-Gi-Oh versus Magic:TG. Magic said you [Yu-Gi-Oh] can't use the phrase "Magic Card" cause we had that first. So Yu-Gi-Oh changed it to "Spell Card". My point is it can be confusing and could be change with little to no consequence.

When someone says they have the Super Piccolo, which one are they talking about? The SR one, or the Piccolo with the Super element?

And the YGO reference as to why they changed Magic to Spell is a perfect example on WHY they should change it to at least Gold Rare, or Ultra rare.

The reason Upperdeck had to change the term Magic to Spell was because they were threatened by the creators of Magic: The Gathering that if they didn't change the name, they would be sued. It had nothing to do with rarity or common names (within the Yugioh game).
