So whos excited about the new live action DB movie coming out in summer of 09? I think its gonna be interesting to see what they did.

Ill probably just rent it. I dont think it will be good enough to see in the theaters.

its coming out in april, and yes I'm going to see it in theaters, the anime had a thin plot anyway so the movie can only be better, and also there is already a thread on this subject under real life movie and it has pics.

dragonball didn't have a thin plot but z did: new bad guy comes good guys fight, good guys lose, good train, they fight again, good guys win, wash, rinse, and repeat. that sums up dragonball z, don't get me, the dragonball universe is most likely my favorite manga/anime, but the plot was pretty thin.

i think GT had more of a thin plot bcause they were goin for a third season and they just thought it up it didnt have as good a plot as the other ones:D

he is supposed to be green, james marsters the actor playing piccolo confirmed it. and it could be the lighting that is making him look pale and also post production. those pictures are not final.

ohh its good to know the only preview i saw was where it showed all the actors and the parts they are playing

Not too interested, but that's based off screenshots. Maybe if I saw a 5 minute clip it could change my mind.
