yeah thats very possable as well even though I don't think plunder fits frieza or Krillins effect becuse it has nothing to do with stealing. You would think they would put a better word to match the effect.

so If Piccolo is a 5, and cell is a 6, cell attacks, piccolo blocks, cell wins, but since Cell only won by 1 power, and piccolo has 2 toughness, he takes no damage. On the folowing turn, you discard an 18 to give cell another +2/+0, and attack, I block with piccolo, sine you are now 3 above me, and I only have 2 toughness, my toughness doesnt help me, and piccolo is damaged.

IMO if thats how toughness is, it will realy help the game.

But If you go first you will for sure get at least 1 or 2 BR with it, and then if they don't manage to hit T3, they have a amazingly bad disadvantage with another 2, and even when they play the T3 you can just send out more teams then them and make things complicated

Yeah, it's obviously an ability name. If we look at the Naruto cards then we can see that the ability names are in the same spots. This leads me to the fairly accurate conclusion that Plunder is an ability name and not a keyword. Not to mention Keywords are usually found in the characteristics portion of the card.

why are u always comparing this game with naruto? the way u win with naruto doesn't have to be the same way u win in dbz. if its compatible it means it works together, it doesn't have to be the same game. dbz might have a different way to win and if u want to play it with naruto u have to choose one of the ways to win

It has been confirmed by James Takenaka that the DragonBall CCG will have the same win condition as the Naruto CCG.

I do realise that compatible does not mean that they are the same. I have promoted exactly that on several threads.

And ya might want to look at the filename... .pdf is an Adobe file, Adobe Acrobat to be specific. But good luck opening it in a Microsoft program w/o Acrobat downloaded. Download Acrobat or a program that lets you read it... If you download Acrobat you can even view it in IE. :O

Edit: And as far as the templates for the cards go... It appears that the ones in SJ were an early stage of the templates. In other words... This is when they were using the same turn/hand cost as Naruto. And now they are obviously using the turn / chi cost method instead.

You have to download Adobe Acrobat Reader and install it on your computer. A lot of people will have it already as it is required to view a lot of guides and lots of online government documents.

As for the bit about the templates in Shounen Jump being early forms of the template. I'm fairly certain that they had the templates which have been shown created well before those pics were released in the Shounen Jump. My reasoning for this is that the placement of Naruto CCG templates in the Shounen Jump was pure marketing. Bandai wanted readers to turn the page and say "What the hell, DragonBall pics in Naruto CCG card templates, what's going on?". Upon seeing them and wondering why there are dragonball pics in the Naruto CCG card templates, the reader will read the article associated with the pictures and learn that Bandai is releasing a DragonBall CCG that is compatible with the Naruto CCG. I'm certain that the shounen jump advertisement was not to advertise the DragonBall CCG as much as it was to advertise that the DragonBall CCG and the Naruto CCG would be compatible. Therefor using those templates was a marketing gimmick used by Bandai.
